The Cottages
With large granite fireplaces,
original oak beams and comfortable furniture, the cottages have
plenty of character and are individual in style.
In summer, the thick stone walls
keep the cottages cool and airy but for autumn and winter breaks,
the cottages are warm and cosy with roaring log fires.
Each cottage is fully equipped
with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Beautifully restored with
a large stone fireplace, log burner exposed stone walls
and beams throughout; the pretty five bedroom cottage is
full of character and charm whilst offering every modern
convenience.

The extensive ground floor is open plan with a large kitchen/diner. The kitchen is generously equipped with gas oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge, plenty of crockery and cutlery and ample seating around a large farmhouse table.

Separated from the dining/kitchen by beams the carefully restored spacious living area has polished wood floors, exposed stone walls and a large fireplace with wood burning stove. With comfortable seating and loads of space for relaxing the room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and a CD/cassette/radio system. There are plenty of books, toys, puzzles and board games for all ages.

Also on the ground floor is a large twin bedroom with spacious en suite bathroom. In a wet room style, the bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and handrails. |

First Floor

A handmade wooden staircase leads to the first floor and delivers you onto a large landing with seating, an ideal place to relax or read with views across the established gardens. |
The four bedrooms are cosy with quirky original flooring and beams throughout. There are two spacious double rooms, one room with bunk beds and a single bed and a single room. Centrally located is a bathroom with WC. |

At the front of the property is a large garden laid to lawn with pretty flower beds, shrubs and trees to ensure total privacy. There are two patio areas with ample seating and barbeque, one sheltered, the other a sun trap. |

All electrical sockets take British 3
square-pin plugs and the house is fitted with smoke detectors
and fire extinguishers.
All access is ramped and doors are extra
wide for easy wheelchair/buggy access.
We supply hand hoists, bath seats, wheeled
shower chairs, and raised toilet seats. With advance
notice we can hire other equipment such as electric wheelchairs
and beds and hoists.
Linen can be hired at 9 euros for a double bed and 5 euros for a single bed per week, but we do ask you to bring your own bath
and beach towels.
